Rabbi Noam Harpaz, a Mashpia from Beitar Ilit, and Rabbi Tzvi Ventura, of Ramat Gan, were arrested today after being suspected of broadcasting on a pirate radio station.  Mrs. Ruti Horowitz was arrested as well.  The radio station "Mevaser Tov" broadcasts via sattelite, internet and radio waves, run by Lubavitcher Chassidim for the past few years.

From information on the net it was learned that the above individuals were not broadcasting in person, and the shiurim aired were recordings.
