Boruch Dayan HoEmes: It is with extreme pain and sorrow that we report the tragic and untimely passing of a chayal in Tzivois Hashem, Refoel Peretz HaKohein Rivkin, ob"m, of Kfar Chabad, at the very tender age of 7.  Peretz was hospitalized three weeks ago due to a serious illness.
