Shturem Correspondent, N.Y.
Exclusive:In conjunction with the beginning of the Ellul zman in the yeshivos, the Shturem staff presents the "detailed notification" that Horav HaChossid Rabbi Moshe Rosenblum, compiled. Rabbi Rosenblum was the secretary of Tomchei Tmimim from the outset, and this document is the guide of basic rules for the talmidim.
The "shaar blatt" states that the yeshiva was founded by the Rebbe Rashab on the 15th of Ellul, 5657, and the Rebbe Rayatz is the principal.
The contents of the kuntres were published in the "Kerem Chabad" series: we are proud to present the original document, with thanks to "Smirnoff".
An important rule included in the kuntres reads as follows: "The committee does not accept students on the basis of "geza", ethnic or party origin. A wealthy student will not be preferred over a poor one, and students will be accepted based on their abilities and behavior."
An interesting clause deals with the issue of the student thatdoesn't act properly, as a Tomim should.
