HaTomim Naftali Hertz Pewzner and his chavrusa HaTomim Menachem Sassonkin arrived last weekend in Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland and the northernmost capital of the world, to prepare for the public seder they will hosting for the Jewish residents of the city as well as for the Jewish tourists. A Torah scroll is void if any of its 304,805 letters are missing or incomplete, or if its dozens of sheets of parchment and the ink aren’t prepared in strict adherence of Torah law ■ Children joined the scribe while he wrote letter 304,803. Letter 304,804 was dedicated to the entire community.
